* Disconnect all added USB peripheral devices FROM the U4025QW. Connect them directly to the computer

* Connect the U4025QW by itself to the computer using the provided in the U4025QW box 1.5m/4.9ft TB4 cable

* Open the U4025QW OSD Menu. See page 65

* Go to Others
-- Run Factory Reset
-- What firmware is currently installed?

* Go to Display
-- Make sure Dell Power Button Sync is Off

* Go to Personalize
-- Set USB-C Charging (140W) to Off in Off Mode

* Exit the OSD Menu and retest
