U4025QW, U2725QE, screen keeps flashing every 10-20 seconds when playing video on AMD computer
I have some Dell monitors in my office.
Some monitor's screen will keep flashing every 10-20 seconds when playing video on it. Right now, the problem happened on Dell U2725QE or Dell U4025QW when connecting with HDMI.
I tried reset the monitor but it won't help. Does anyone have the same problem? Or help me out of it?

Contact Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat technical support Monday through Friday. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tags with them so that they can verify the ownership and warranty status. This will also generate a unique Technical Support case for your unique Service Tags.
Since both monitors work correctly on the Intel, the chances of them being faulty is low.
What specific AMD computer model?
What operating system?
What GPU video card?
What specific Intel Laptop model?
What operating system?
What GPU video card?
The U2725QE did not ship with an HDMI cable so assuming you are using a retail HDMI cable?
On the AMD computer, test the U4025QW HDMI 2.1 cable on the U2725QE. Same issue?

Guessing...on the Lenovo Thinkpad P14s update the drivers BIOS, Display and Video Graphics, Motherboard Devices, restart when done and retest.
Also post the issue on the Lenovo Forum.

@DELL-ChrisM2
More information coming...
I think I found the key point.
Actually not only these two Dell monitors, but also another Sony monitor has same problem.
If I turn off VRR feature from Sony monitor, problem will be gone.
But I do NOT find any way to disable VRR on Dell monitor.

As shown in the online User's Guides, the U2725QE/U4025QW support VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) using the HDMI 2.1 port and an HDMI 2.1 cable. You must enable VRR inside the AMD Control Panel, not the monitor menu.
To enable VRR on AMD GPUs, open the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition, navigate to Settings (gear icon) > Display, and toggle AMD FreeSync to "Enabled" or "AMD FreeSync Premium". For non-certified monitors, this may appear as "Adaptive Sync Compatible".
