U4025QW, TB4 no video after M3T102 firmware

I just purchased a new U4025QW display and updated the firmware to the latest version (M3T102) on the Dell site.  After the update finished, I no longer get video over the Thunderbolt port.  I have to use DisplayPort or HDMI to see anything.  Before the update (on the original firmware that shipped with it, M3T101), it worked fine.  I'm on a 2023 MacBook Pro M3 Max and have run the update twice to completion but the issue remains.

It seems this firmware update broke the Thunderbolt video connection so I can't use it.  My laptop gets power delivery from the port, but nothing else works over the connection.  Any suggestions?
