U4025QW, S27R35x, dual monitor issue MacBook Pro M4 Pro

I just bought the new monitor "Dell UltraSharp 40 Curved Thunderbolt™ Hub Monitor - U4025QW". It is working totally fine, until 2nd monitor comes up!

Before this monitor I was using samsung "S27R35x" 1080p 75hz. It was also working fine.

What I tried?

  1. All types of connection methods | Type-C. HDMI, Type-C to HDMI

No issues with cable and connection. Nothing works.

2. Tried closing the lead of the Mac.

Nothing works.

3. Reinstalling the whole MAC system

Nothing works.

4. Installing all driver and software of display provider

Nothing works.

5. Firstly, I paired the “Samsung "S27R35x" 1080p 75Hz" (via HDMI/Type-C), then plugged in "Dell UltraSharp 40 Curved Thunderbolt™ Hub Monitor - U4025QW".

****, everything is working like a charm!

But, here is the new scene. The Samsung monitor is working fine with the max resolution and refresh rate (75Hz), but my DELL monitor and MacBook Pro built-in display refresh rate gets limited to 60Hz by MAX. (Here, I also tried to turn off the Mac display, and also tried decreasing the refresh rate of the first display (75Hz to 60Hz)... nothing worked for me)

Also, even if everything is working fine, then every time during power on, I plug in the Samsung first, then the DELL is not an efficient method.

So, Nothing works.

I am on, MacBook Pro with M4 Pro, with Sequoia 15.3.2 (stable).

Please, help someone. I just <Profanity is not allowed. DELL-Admin> because of this issue. I think Apple Care plus also failed, they are wasting my time from last 1 week lol.

Since Dell doesn't sell Apple products, I am guessing that the MacBook has multiple Thunderbolt ports?

We know that the U4025QW TB4 port is hardware capable of doing 5K2K 5120x2160 120Hz using the provided 1.5 M TB4 active cable. Dell does not know what Hz the MacBook can push to external monitors. That is something you will simply have to test.

The U4025QW TB4 port power delivery back to Laptop is up to 140 W. Your MacBook may require more power so connect the Apple AC power into the MacBook.

* Turn the Macbook off
* Turn both monitors off
* Disconnect BOTH monitor cables and adapters from the MacBook

* Using the provided U4025QW 1.5 M TB4 active cable, connect ONLY the U4025QW to the MacBook

* Turn the MacBook on
* Turn the U4025QW on

Now, you will have to figure out how in the Apple OS to extend to the U4025QW. Once done, what resolution and Hz are offered by the Apple OS for the U4025QW?

I said, if I am using only Dell monitor then their not any issue. it working fine with 5k 120hz. This opened issue is for dual monitor.

In case of macbook pro with m4 pro chip, it can handle 2 external monitor with 8k.

for sure, your suggestions i already tried. nothing works.

your reply don't make any sence. you even don't know macbook pro m4 pro come with 3 TB5.0 port.

* Dell doesn't sell Apple products. Why would you assume we know anything about products we do not sell?

if I am using only Dell monitor then their not any issue. it working fine with 5k 120hz. This opened issue is for dual monitor.
* Since the U4025QW is functioning, this is not a Dell issue to troubleshoot. Dell cannot know why the MacBook is not working correctly when adding the second non-Dell Samsung monitor. Post the question on the Apple Forum.
