U4025QW, daisy chain to two U2424HE
Hey!
I need some help with setting up daisy chain.
Setup: My primary monitor is U4025QW.
I have
- a desktop computer connected via Display Port (GPU: RTX 4080 Super) and a USB-C from desktop into Port 7. USB Type-C upstream port (SuperSpeed USB 10 Gbps, USB 3.2 Gen 2).
- laptop (work Dell Latitude 7320) connected via Thunderbolt. (From laptop into 6. Thunderbolt 4 upstream port (up to 140W EPR)
I then used Thunderbolt to DP cable to connect U4025QW from 5. Thunderbolt 4 downstream port (15W) for daisy chaining to U2424HE (Display port in). From the first U2424HE I use the same Thunderbolt to DP cable to connect the first U2424HE to the second U2424HE.
Issues I face:
- My first U2424HE only works for laptop (thunderbolt) but does not extend when I switch U4025WE input to DP.
- My second U2424HE does not react at all to any.
Any advise on how to fix this?
- Cable connections?
- Monitor(s) settings?

Things are complicated these days!
If you have the cables,
I would try using a Dell USB-C to USB-C cable between the 40" and 24"
I would try using a display port (use the OUTPUT orange port on middle monitor) to display port IN between the U2424HE
