U4025QW, connect portable monitor via USB-C, 1st PC on DP

I bought the dell U4025QW and connected it to my 1st pc via DP 1.4. I also bought a portable monitor that works with usb c (takes both video signal and power). I connected it to the dell monitor via usb c on the daisy chain port but only the power arrives, that is, the second monitor turns on but has no video signal. Can anyone help me?
