U4021QW KVM Shared mouse/keyboard not working over USB-B
I have a MacBook connected to the Dell U4021QW vis USB-C (Thunderbolt)
I have PC connected to the Dell U4021QW via HDMI and a USB-A to a USB-B cable
Both systems have DDPM installed, Dell U4021QW is running M2T105 and DDPM is running 2.1.1.12
Wired keyboard (dell) and wired mouse (steelseries rival 5) are both connected to the back of the monitor via USB-A.
When I am running the monitor off the Macbook USB-C (thunderbolt), the keyboard and mouse correctly work with the macbook.
When I chance the monitor over the PC, the display switches, but the mouse and keyboard do not switch over and remain connected to the Mac.

Go HERE. Insert the private U4021QW Service Tag number. What is the warranty status?
Per the online U4021QW User's Guide page 80, did you set USB --> HDMI 1 assign to > USB-B ?

I have verified this exact connection in the diagram that you provided and went into the monitor menu and verified that all three options are set to USB-B. HDMI-1 is set to USB-B
