U3818DW, DDPM 2.0.2.11 does not work

I am reaching out for assistance with an issue regarding my Dell U3818DW monitor. Unfortunately, the monitor does not work with the Dell Display and Peripheral Manager (DDPM) version 2.0.2.11.

My setup includes a Dell WD19S docking station through which the monitor is connected. However, the monitor does not appear in the DDPM. I have also tried connecting the monitor directly with a USB-C cable, but unfortunately, this was also unsuccessful.

I would greatly appreciate any support or suggestions you can offer.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,

Marcel

The U3818DW Drivers & Downloads page only shows Windows OS DDM (Dell Display Manager) 1.56.2110. It does not show any Windows OS DDPM (Dell Display and Peripheral Manager) files.

The Dell article, "Dell Display and Peripheral Manager for Windows" does not show the U3818DW as compatible.

Thank you for your response!! Will my monitor model be supported in the future, or is it too old and will not work with the new DDPM?

Best regards,

Marcel

Since the U3818DW is not on the list, very doubtful that it would added.

Frankly, DDM mostly likely is more suitable for home users anyway, especially if you want to use CLI to control the monitor.   I tried DDPM three times when an update was released and always went back to DDM.
