U3225QE, response time problem in Teams?

Hello, I assume you've encountered this screen. I read about an issue with response time in Teams. Is this issue only related to Apps, or is it a minor issue? I'm considering getting this screen, but it's scaring me. I don't play games. I'm a designer and work in video production. Do you think the response time issue will affect me?
