U3225QE, Dell Display Manager, Windows 11 Home
Asking for help. Cant install Dell Display Manager on new U3225QE. Connected both cable DP and USB-C upstream. Installed dell_u3225qe_fwupdate_m2t102_w,searching subagent when try to execute file. i try install DDM. The same.
How is possible that this problem isnt resolved in a period of a year? I see the forums without solutions. What can i do?

Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat technical support must verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tag with them.
Do not try to install a monitor firmware update "through" DDM/DDPM. Read = FAQ Monitor firmware
DDM (Dell Display Manager) is end of life. Do you mean the DDPM (Dell Display and Peripheral Manager) as shown on the U3225QE Drivers & Downloads page?
