U3223QE, trouble getting KVM to work

I'm having trouble getting network KVM to work properly on Dell U3223QE monitor. One computer is running Windows 10 and the other is running Windows 11. The main issue is that I can get my mouse and keyboard to work properly on whichever computer has the receiver dongle plugged into its USB port. However, when the dongle is plugged into the USB port on the monitor to enable KVM, the mouse works fine on the Windows 10 computer but only partially functional on the Windows 11 computer. For example, sometimes the click function doesn't work or text is highlighted rather than being pointed at (the pointer disappears and highlights the field instead). I purchased a brand new Logitech MX Kets S Combo mouse and keyboard to no avail. The U3223QE firmware version is the latest M3T105. I can't get direct help from Dell because the monitor is now out of warranty (August 25, 2022 to August 26, 2025). I'd appreciate any help or suggestions on what to try next. Thanks.
