U3223QE, DDPM 2.0.0.72, DP, no device detected

Dell Display Manager upgraded to Dell Display and Peripheral Manager, but now it doesn't recognize my monitor, and no monitor settings appear. In the Display section, it says, "Connect your monitor via the HDMI/USB-C port on your system." However, my PC is connected via DP, not HDMI. I tried both upstream ports on the monitor for the USB-C connection, but it didn't change anything.

Dell Support must verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private U3223QE Service Tag with them.

For now, follow this workaround for DDPM not working. Do not allow DDM to upgrade to DDPM.
