U3223QE Content dependent flickering over USB-C connection

I am still having the same issue as described here with the M3T105 firmware. This issue is independent of the computer used. I have observed it with 100% reproducibility on a MacBook Pro and on an Asus ROG m16 laptop. The issue is triggered by the content displayed and seems to require some amount of gray background with at least one image with bright/white content. Resizing a window or just scrolling a website or moving the mouse cursor to vary the ratio of gray-to-white content can make it disappear and re-appear when moved or scrolled back. I have not been able to reproduce it with DisplayPort or HDMI connections, but using those in my case is not an option. I have never seen another monitor act this way before. It's just unacceptable that a product was shipped with this kind of defect that appears to be more of a design flaw than an issue with a single sample.
