U3011, only show the Input Source menu

We have a similar problem. Dell U3011 only show the Input Source menu. OSD menu does not appear anymore. Any way to completely reset or refresh monitor firmware? Every time we try to connect a Mac OS or Windows computer, the mirror display shows 2 seconds and than disappear.
