U2725QE, firmware M2T102, PD handshake failure, MSI Vector 16 TB4 after Standby
Bug Description: Upon waking from S0 Modern Standby/Hibernate, the monitor briefly shows "Going to standby" and cuts 140W Power Delivery. Data/Video works, but charging (PD) fails until AC replug.
Diagnostics: Tried locking Input to Thunderbolt, disabled DDC/CI, disabled Windows Selective Suspend. Issue persists.
Workaround: Disconnect and reconnect the monitor's AC power cable. This restores 140W Thunderbolt Power Delivery until the next deep sleep cycle. (Note: Power cycling the monitor using the Monitor's power button does not resolve the issue.)
Conclusion: There is a race condition in the PD Controller wake-up logic when connected to non-Dell high-performance laptops.

Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tag with them and all your troubleshooting. This will in turn generate a unique Technical Support case for your unique Service Tag.
Further troubleshooting = Can you replicate the issue on a different TB4 laptop?
