U2724DE integration wtih CalMAN for color calibration over DDC

Is it possible to connect this monitor to CalMAN for DDC/CI control over the 1D, and 3D LUT calibration?
I can see that the Dell Color Manager software is able to profile the monitor using just an ICC, but I can also see that this software has a "Verified by CalMAN" on it, and I can see from CalMAN official site, that the supported Dell monitors, are U2723QE/U2723QX(for the 27inch).
So the questions are:
As these are very similar monitors to one another, can the same integration be done for U2724DE?
Is this something that purely depends on Portrait Displays(CalMAN) or it's Dell who decide which models can or cannot be calibrated using CalMAN?
