Sometimes, check for the simple cause of issue. Verify that all connection cables for your setup are properly connected.

@Chino de Oro
I am experiencing the same issue as the original poster. I suspect this might be related to the latest Windows 24H2 update. I’ve also noticed similar problems mentioned in other posts.
For context, my Mac works perfectly fine, but my Windows PC is unable to receive a DP signal.

@Chino de Oro
I am now 87% confident that this issue might be related to some conflict between DDM2 and Windows 11 24H2.
Here’s my setup:
• My Dell 2720QM is connected via USB-C to a Mac (this works perfectly).
• It’s connected via HDMI to a non-Windows 11 PC.
• It’s connected via DP to a Windows 11 24H2 PC.
After leaving the system in sleep mode overnight, both HDMI and DP stopped receiving signals. Rebooting or turning off the DP-connected PC didn’t resolve the issue.
However, when I unplugged the DP cable, the HDMI side started receiving signals normally. I then connected the Windows 11 24H2 PC to a non-Dell monitor, which successfully outputted video. After turning off DDM on the Windows 11 PC using the non-Dell monitor and reconnecting the DP cable to the Dell 2720QM, both DP and HDMI started working again.
There are still some aspects that need further testing. I will share more updates as I investigate this issue further.
