U2723QE, veritical and horizonal line
Dell U2723QE
Hi,
Last December I ordered a Dell U2723QE from laptopsdirect.ie. As a hobbyist photographer, I was drawn to this monitor because of the glowing reviews it received from other photographers. Delivery ended up getting delayed a few weeks, and then life got in the way here, so I only got around to setting it up today.
Open first boot I noticed the screen had a very visible green line running down it vertically, with a not as obvious horizontal line also running across the screen. I have tried resetting the screen, and I have done the self tests, but there has been no change.
The screen is connected to an M4 Mac Mini via HDMI, however the issue is present with no video cables attached to the screen.

Dell Support must verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private U2723QE Service Tag with them. They will also need a picture of your sales invoice.

Thanks Chris. I have started a private live chat now and attached all the diagnostic pictures, service tag and invoice. Hopefully this can get resolved easy enough cause despite the line issue, the screen is gorgeous.
