U2723QE, UK power cables seem loose?

I have two of the U2723QE monitors which are fantastic. Only issue I have with them is the power cables supplied with the monitors (UK plug) appear loose when fitted. If the monitors are slightly knocked or moved the power cable fizzes or arcs and the monitors go off. Only occasionally but it’s annoying. The power cables should fit more firmly in my mind and not be so loose? Any thoughts on replacement power cables? Or is this a product issue?
