U2723QE, not charging my Lenovo P14s via USB-C

Hi,

I am connecting my Lenovo Laptop P14s to Dell Monitor UC2723QE via USB-C, and the experience is amazing. However, Lenovo P14s is not being charged via USB-C which is disappointing. May you please help me? Just to add, the power requirement for Lenovo Laptop is 110W.

Thank you

Verify the monitor setting to allow 90w charging even while the monitor is turned off.  You may be able to charge the laptop while it is off.

The maximum power delivery is 90w.  Therefore, the monitor does not support charging laptop that requires more than 90w power.  See the support charging taken from the monitor user guide.

Hi Oro,

Thank you for your feedback.

The setting to charge laptop is on, while in standby mode. However. the monitor is unable to charge the laptop at all. I am fine even if the laptop is charged at slower rate, but seems like, there is no power being delivered to the laptop at all over USB-C cable.

As the chart indicates, the laptop is not support because the PD is over 90w.
