U2722DE, MacBook Pro Sequoia, No USB-C cable error

Hello,

I'm having an issue with my Dell U2722DE monitor when connecting it to my MacBook Pro running macOS Sequoia via USB-C. The monitor displays the message: "No USB-C cable", and no video signal is detected. However, USB peripherals connected to the monitor are working.

I've tried:

  • Using different USB-C cables
  • Power cycling both the monitor and MacBook
  • Resetting the monitor to factory settings
  • Installing all the latest drivers and firmware updates

Is there a known compatibility issue with macOS Sequoia, or is there a specific setting I need to adjust? Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

Are you using the USB-C cable that came with the monitor, or a different one -- and if you're using a different one, is it a Thunderbolt (video-capable) cable?
