U2720Q, goes black randomly, #2

Hi,

I have a U2720Q and its connected to HDMI. Sometimes I connect with USB Type-C too. But sometimes the U2720Q just goes black randomly. The power button light is still on.

Unplugging and replugging  the HDMI doesn't seems to solve the problem. When unplugging, the U2720Q remains black. The only solution is to press the power off button and on again then it will work.

I couldn't find any solution online, but is this a setting problem or more of a hardware problem?
