U2718Q, green haze/tint after one week

Example of green tint/hazeHello,

I've had my monitor (U2718Q) for about a week and a half. The monitor was working perfectly until one day I turned on the monitor and there was this strange green tint to the screen. This same tint is even present on just a standard black screen with just the dell logo on it. I've updated to the M2B102 firmware and it didn't seem to fix the issue. Is there a solution to this problem?

Thank you.

Could you clarify what you mean by operating system?

I don't have the monitor hooked up to a pc because I only used this monitor for console gaming. As for monitor settings, the only things I had adjusted was to turn the smart HDR on and upped the brigtness and contrast.

When connected to the console, open the U2718Q OSD (On Screen Display) and Factory Reset it, page 42. Then power it off, disconnect the HDMI cable from the U2718Q. I then need to see the stand alone pictures of the U2718Q colored screens while running its Built-in Diagnostics, page 51.

What changes did you make in the operating system prior to this issue? We need more data before we can troubleshoot;

All of the colors look great except for the Black and Text screens. Blacks will always have this green hue over it when displayed on screen.
