U2422HE, keep LAN port turned on when monitor is turned off?

My company purchased some Dell UltraSharp 24 Monitor U2422HE monitors that have an integrated LAN port on the back.  We normally tell our employees to turn off their monitors to save power at the end of the day.  I've found that on these monitors though if you turn them off the LAN port is also turned off which prevents us from patching the connected devices during the night.

I haven't found a monitor setting to change this behavior and was hoping someone might know how to fix it.  I suspect I already know the answer (can't) but figured I would ask.

So far I've changed the USB-C charging and Other USB Charging to On all the time and also found the driver in the Windows device manager and disabled the power saving mode.
