U2419HC, no signal detected from your device for both HDMI and USC-C ports

I have 2 U2419HC monitors.  One works one has stopped working.  From other posts it sounds like a card has failed in the monitor.  Seeking to confirm.  If I use the USB-C cord or the HDMI cord on my working monitor on this second monitor the same thing happens - 'no signal from your device'.  I read that Dell does not do monitor repairs.  Is there no aftermarket repair options at all given Dell also does not sell monitor replacement parts?

Please confirm.

You can sometimes get used PCBs off ebay. (from units with cracked LCDs)

Alternatively, purchase a whole monitor with cracked display off ebay, so you can see the PCB's working, and swap them over. That should give you a few spares to keep yours going.

If your using them with a laptop, I would have thought you may want to upgrade.

@Andy K thank you for explaining the possible path.  I did look at what a new one might cost.  Also asking myself if I want to reclaim the space on my desktop and just have one monitor.  Thanks again.  Much appreciated!
