U2414H, horizontal lines and obscuration

Hi there,

My U2414H Monitor creates horizontal lines when I first turn on the computer or after long periods of use. As seen in the picture.

I tried changing the HDMI cable. However, it did not work.

I love this monitor that has been with me for a long time and I am afraid that it has reached the end of its life.

Is there a solution?
