Two Dell Monitor Stop work completely for Laptop

I have two dell monitors connected to a ThinkPad Dock.  The Laptop is a ThinkPad as well.  Last night, the setup was working just fine.  this morning I switch on the laptop and only the laptop display is working.  I have done the following:

1)  I switched out the USB-C from the laptop to the dock - No Joy

2)  Switched out the dock completely - No Joy

3)  Switched to another Dock setup that is near Identical to test if the issue was the USB-C port - This other setup, having two Acer monitors, works just fine

4)  Took the Dock from #3 and connected the two Dell Monitors - Neither displayed

5)  Attempted to reset the monitors but, intelligently, the only way you can reset a Dell monitor (A distinct piece of hardware) when it is plugged in and displaying something and then you get the full menu.  Not the smartest thing in the world people

6)  Directly hooked the monitor to the Laptop HDMI port - No Joy

7)  With the Dock from #2, I removed one of the Acer Monitors and added one of the Dell Monitors.  Again, only the Acer replicates my desktop

8)  Cables are obviously not the problem (I have switched them multiple time)

9)  Power is not the issue

10)  I get no information except the Monitor says it will shut down in so many second because it is not getting any information from the HDMI cable - This indicates it knows the HDMI is present.

As near as I can tell, I have eliminated everything.  I am down to the fact that two monitors had a simultaneous failure between last night when I stopped working and this morning when I started work again.

Are there any other suggestions other than to buy two new monitors and trash the Dell monitors?

Thank You

Also, failed to mention:  I tried a different Laptop (Same model) and the monitors still didn't display anything

First, go HERE and enter the private Service Tag numbers for both monitors to check the warranty.

Second, run step (3) HERE on both monitors.

I went through the diagnostics and had no issue with the display.  I want to factory reset both monitors.  I cannot do that without some type of signal from the computer though.  Since the monitors are not seeing any signal from the monitor, I would think this is going to be a problem.

Unplug everything from the monitors and hold the power button for 30 sec.

Then plug just the monitor into AC power and power it on.  Does it appear to start up?
