Since we have PPIDs here, you can refer to the first part of the string after CN as the part number and try to search off of that for future reference. Just need to remove the 0 when searching, so in this instance, your part numbers are "JWRMG, J6HFT, and Y320G".
JWRMG = Dell E1713SC
J6HFT = Dell P2014H
Y320G = Dell 1909WB
