SE2419HR mainboard/display compatibility

I have a Dell SE2419HR monitor with a seemingly failing mainboard and PSU.

On the local secondhand markets the only cheap options are SE2419H monitors to potentially use as a donors for SE2419HR (ones with damaged display are being sold for around 10-15$). I wondered whether it's even possible since SE2419H/SE2419HR have different mainboards/displays, or should I instead look strictly for SE2419HR parts? There are a few options for SE2419HR parts but more expensive (around 30$ for both PSU+mainboard+shipping).

The answer is almost certainly no -- you need the exact part replacement.  There is no guarantee a model with an even slightly different part number was even produced by the same manufacturer.

@ejn63

yeah, that sounds sensible. There was a little hope the parts from a different model could be compatible, but it seems not worth taking a risk. I'm marking this as an accepted answer, thanks!
