S3425DW, MacBook M4, DDPM, monitor cannot be detected
Hi all, and dell support, this is my case:
Del monitor: S3425DW monitor
Laptops: Windows (OS win11), where the monitor and DDPM work fine, an Macbook M4, where I get the monitor, cannot be detected.
DDPM installed on Mac: 2.1.2.0007
No Events found!

Hi ChrisM2 I have macos 26.3 and you were right, last night after my post, I tested with the usb C cable provided by dell, and everything works fine. Actually, the rest of controls using DDC features from the Mac.

What macOS is installed?
Did you install the provided "S3425DW Monitor Driver for Mac" ?
Using the provided 1.0 m USB-C cable, did you test all three of the Mac Thunderbolt/USB-C ports?
Read through = DDPM for Mac Version 2.1.2 User’s Guide
