S3425DW, locked to 60Hz

Hello! I have just recently gotten a Dell 34 Plus USB-C Monitor - S3425DW which is currently stuck at 60Hz. I have the option of going up to 75Hz* but it sets it to a really wonkey sizing and everything looks huge. I have a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 as my GPU and im connecting the monitor through display port. I have tried HDMI aswell but the same issue occurs. I have already tried to go through the advanced display settings aswell as the NVIDIA Control panel but to no aveil it is still locked at 60Hz. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat support must verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private S3425DW Service Tag, PC model, and operating system with them.

I am confused.

You state that it is locked at 60Hz.

Then you state, "I have the option of going up to 75Hz". Which means it is not locked to 60Hz.

What PC model and operating system?

* Open the online S3425DW User's Guide to page 52 and run the Factory Reset
* Go to More Information
* Open Display Info and tell us what it shows

@DELL-Chris M Apologies i should of clarified more, in its native state(3840x2160) its locked out at 60Hz, when i change it out of its native state (EX:1920x1080) im able to bring it to 75Hz. The monitor on the website says it supports up to 120Hz which is where im trying to get it to. As for my pc Model im unsure but its a Cyberpower PC Series Model C, The motherboard is a PRIME B450M-A II from ASUS. I did try running the factory reset and it unfortunately did not fix my issue.

75Hz is only validated at 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, 1152x864.

1920x1080 is only validated at 60Hz.

The S3425DW USB-C cable and port maximum is 3440x1440 120Hz.

The S3425DW HDMI max is 3840x2160 120Hz.
