S3422DWG, menu opens by itself

Hello,

I bought this monitor on the 3rd of October. I have used it very little, but the monitor's menu turns on and off by itself. When I watch a film, play a game or surf the internet, the menu opens by itself. I have looked for a solution through Dell support correspondence but have not found one. I have read from some users that this is a hardware issue and their monitors have been replaced by Dell. I cannot use the monitor with this problem, it is extremely frustrating. What solution can be offered to this process? I bought the monitor through Amazon Turkey, the seller is EbrarBilgisayar.
