S3225QC HDR White Blank Screen

I picked up a S3225QC and loved it, but I had some issues with power where I had to replug the power every day in order for my laptop (connected via USB-C) to output to it. I ended up submitting a warranty request and received a replacement which fixed the initial problem.

Unfortunately, it seems the warranty replacements HDR function simply doesn't work. I get a bright white blank screen when enabling HDR on 3 devices I've tested (USB-C and HDMI). I went through the process of even resetting my desktop and installing fresh drivers and DDPM and getting the same results. Monitor came on the latest firmware, added the color profiles and I've factory reset the settings and reconfigured it. I'm just at a loss and wondering if my warranty replacement may have its own problem?

Any insight from others that have this monitor or experienced a similar issue? The most frustrating part is Dell won't let me contact them as the warranty replacement says its not eligible for chat or email support.

What model system is connected to the monitor?

@ejn63 I'm using a Beelink SER9, Lenovo Thinkpad 14 and a custom built desktop. All are experiencing the issue. I reconnected my original Dell S3225QC and HDR works perfectly. I did a side-by-side with the OEM settings and they all match as well.

Clarification: OSD settings, not OEM settings.

That does suggest a monitor issue, but how much of the original monitor's warranty remains?

Its only a couple months old, so its covered for awhile. Just unfortunate to have two separate problems back to back. I did manage to reconnect with support, so hopefully third times the charm.
