S2725QC, brightness control
How do I control monitor brightness on my new S2725QC? The brightness keys (also labeled F1 & F2) on my Apple Magic Keyboard do nothing.

I cannot speak to the Apple Keyboard, but the S2725QC Menu has Brightness control in its Menu. The macOS DDPM (Dell Display and Peripheral Manager) may also have the ability to change the brightness.
