S2725DS, replaced, new monitor has IPS bleeding

Hello friends, my monitor was not working from time to time. Fortunately, Dell service quickly replaced it with a new one, but the new monitor sent by the service has annoying IPS Bleeding. I am expected to send my old monitor back, I will return it next week. I contacted the technical service again about this situation, but ( they not sure) they said that maybe the new monitor can be replaced. I hope they do it, but what if my new monitor is like this. I would not expect such a low quality product from Dell. And if the first monitor I bought was like this, I would definitely not use it. Is it normal for these monitors sold in the professional product category to be offered to the market in such poor quality or did I really receive a defective product?

In your pictures, which one is the original and which one is the replacement?

Dell does not do full black room validation. See HERE.

If outside of the first 30 days from the Dell invoice date, the replacement/exchange would be refurbished/used, not new.

My opinion, the replacement is "worse" than those "acceptable" replacements shown in pictures. Re-contact the support agent and ask for another exchange.

@DELL-Chris M

Thanks,

I read the series of articles you shared and in my opinion, the newly sent monitor is not at an acceptable level. I don't know the Lux value of my room but even with the room light I always use and only four distinct zones at the bottom of the monitor... I hope the change is accepted without any problems and my next product will not be like this. Otherwise, I am thinking of eliminating Dell products from my life. I experienced a similar problem with a lighter defect on my Dell laptop and I got a response saying that this defect is acceptable, and we cannot repair/replace it. However, if you introduce the screen features of a computer as 100% sRBG, I think this means that you also pay attention to the screen quality. I do photo editing and graphic design, these are important defects for me. For example, the speakers also crackle in high tones, but the company did not state that it is great in terms of sound when introducing this laptop, so I can ignore this defect. I thought Dell was better quality.
