S2722QC, dual, resolution issue
Hi everyone, I purchased two monitors exactly the same: DELL S2722QC. Yet one is showing a desktop mode of 1920x1080 (screen 2), the other 3840x2160 (screen 1). They are both connected with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti. The latest driver and software are installed. I've troubleshooted all the steps but nothing is working and having the screens appear different is very annoying. Any ideas? Thanks so much.

To receive assistance from Dell support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Click the "Get help now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private S2722QC Service Tags.
* What PC model?
* What operating system?
* List all of the video out ports on the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
* For #1 S2722QC, list how it is connecting to the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti using which cable and ports on both
* For #2 S2722QC, list how it is connecting to the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti using which cable and ports on both
