The screen is correctly connected via the cable provided in the same box as the monitor, HDMI.

Models of what? If a Dell PC, it has a model name like XPS or Alienware.

As in AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT?

The S2421HN/S2421NX/S2721HN/S2721NX supports AMD FreeSync. But AMD FreeSync must be turned on in the AMD Radeon Software. There is not a toggle option in the S2721HN menu.

* Right click on the Desktop and select the AMD Radeon Software
* Click on the Gear icon then select Display
* If you do not see AMD FreeSync to turn on, look for Adaptive Sync

My computer is a pre-assembled one so it has several components.
Among some of these components we have:
AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT
Ryzen 5 7600

In the AMD Software: Adrenaline app the V-Sync setting or anything else does not appear.
