S2415H, how to open service menu?
I tried pressing buttons 1 and 2 and the power button, the monitor turns on, I press button 1 and nothing happens. I also failed to hold down buttons 1 and 3, but it only shows information about the monitor's operating time. I want to turn off ESLogo. I have this problem:
Dell Monitor waits 4 or 5 minutes before entering Power Save Mode

Dell policy statement =
Dell Technical Support agents cannot assist in this. The monitor FSM (Factory Service Menu) is only used by our Dell service technicians in the factory. The reason being that you could enable or disable something in the FSM and break the monitor which is not covered by the Dell warranty.
Since this S2415H is most likely already out of warranty, I can post this for you to try but it seems you already did this =
* Turn the monitor off
* Hold down the first Preset Modes button and the second Volume button, then press the power button. Release all buttons
* Press the first Preset Modes button again to enter the FSM

@DELL-Chris M
I don't care about the warranty. I want to open the service mode. I saw how easy it is to do this on other Dell monitors.
I have already done what you wrote. Maybe there are other ways?

The above is all I know. Other S2415H users will need to post if they found other ways.
