Replacement HDMI to USB-C cable that supports power and USB accessories?

I have a Dell P3421W monitor (Service Tag: <Removed from public view. Note, that Service Tag does not appear in Dell tools. DELL-Admin>) and need a replacement for the original HDMI to USB-C cable that came with the monitor. It from August 2021 and this monitor does *not* have any USB-C ports directly on the monitor itself.

The cable allowed me to:

 1. Display video from the monitor to my MacBook via USB-C.
 2. Charge my MacBook through Power Delivery.
 3. Use the monitor’s USB hub to connect peripherals like a webcam.

Could you help me find the exact replacement cable or provide the correct part number to order?
