P3421W, firmware M2B208 update Flash erase error

when i try to update firmware, i get Flash erase error
im using Windows 10 Pro

1. I open Firmware Updater.exe and click on update

2. Few seconds later, my monitor restart and Dell logo appear

3. Monitor display below error
