P2725QE, HDMI input compatibility with Intel Arc A750

Hi,

In past year I used Arc A750 with an Acer 2K monitor connected by HDMI output ,it works perfectly wiout any problem. Last week I bought a new P2725QE ,but had some compatibility problem when connected with HDMI output.

When I connected P2725QE by HDMI, the BIOS post screen displayed then "No HDMI signal" message shown on monitor when Windows login procedure. After switching to DP connection,Windows screen showed no problem. I used another portable monitor to test. Windows shows second monitor but can't recongnize resolution when connected by HDMI.

In this condition P2725QE didn't show any picture no matter what kind of multi monitor display was selected, only portable monitor display normally. When connected by DP, Windows system recongnize monitor resolution and all display mode can be used.

I changed old Acer 2K and another old FHD monitor connected to A750 HDMI and RTX 3050 HDMI output to P2725QE. All of them worked without any problem.

Here is my test summary this week :
A750(DP) -> P2725QE : OK
A750(HDMI) -> P2725QE : NG(in Windows)
A750(DP) -> Other monitor : OK
A750(HDMI) -> Other monitor : OK
RTX3050(DP) -> P2725QE : OK
RTX3050(HDMI) -> P2725QE : OK
CPU built in UHD 770(DP) -> P2725QE : OK
CPU built in UHD 770(HDMI) -> P2725QE : OK

Currently system is running Windows 11 24H2, Intel Graphics driver 32.0.101.6881. I'm not sure if this is an issue of monitor or display. This issue also posted on Intel community.
