P2725HE & P2725H, Mac mini, cannot daisy chain
I have the P2725HE and a new Mac MINI. I can only get my P2725HE & P2725H to mirror, the MAC won't recognise the daisy chain from the P2725HE to the P2725H. its connected via DP and I have the Peripheral manager installed also restored several times. How do I get it to extend onto the second monitor (its a Mac mini so no in built monitors)

The P2725H does not have any Apple OS support from Dell. Only has HDMI/DP/VGA in ports.
My advice, return it and purchase another P2725HE which does have limited Apple OS support from Dell through the usage of the Apple OS DDPM (Dell Display and Peripheral Manager).
Or forget daisy chain and try to setup like this =
Mac mini HDMI out port --> HDMI to HDMI cable --> P2725H HDMI in port
Mac mini Thunderbolt port --> P2725HE USB-C to USB-C cable --> P2725HE #7 USB-C/DP port
