P2723DE, how to turn off automatic charging of the laptop?

Does anybody know how to turn off the automatic charging of the laptop when connected to to Dell P2723DE?

There is not a way to stop this charging if connecting via the USB-C. Per the built-in DPBS (Dell Power Button Sync), the P2423DE/P2723DE #7 USB-C upstream port 90 W power delivery is always on.
