Before any monitor exchange can happen, you must follow the Dell Technical Support procedures.
Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Dell monitor Service Tag with them. They will need to match you to the Dell purchase information assigned to the Service Tag number. Provide to them pictures of the line issue when running the standalone built-in diagnostic.
