P2424HEB, no longer recognized by DDPM

Question

I've had this monitor for 5 months and have never had an issue. All of a sudden the DDPM (Dell Display and Peripheral Manager) no longer recognizes the monitor. The built in camera is no longer able to follow my movements or be adjusted. Seems like the software is no longer there.

There are two versions of Windows OS DDPM. Which one do you have installed?
