P2422H, two, different light contrast

Hi,

I got two same Dell P2422H monitors, but one of them has a different contrast. It seems like there is not enough electric power supply. Because the small white light in the right bottom corner of the monitor shines way less then on the other monitor. I tried to changed its cables but it didn't help. Do you have any idea what might be the cause?

Thank you in advance.

Dell Support must verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share both P2422H private Service Tags with them.

The brightness of the Power LED indicator has nothing to do with the performance of the monitors. All the Power LED indicator does is show =
- Solid white light indicates that the monitor is turned on and functioning normally
- Blinking white light indicates that the monitor is in Standby Mode

* Open each P2422H Menu OSD- Others
* Run the Factory Reset
* Exit the Menu OSD

* Run the Built-in diagnostics on both. See pages 71-72
