P2418HZm, needs to better support a docked laptop

Assuming the deficiency is with the P2418HZm, it needs to be improved to allow Windows Hello to be be performed on the P2418HZm, when a laptop is docked to e.g. a WD16, without disabling the laptop's own built-in camera. Per the User Guide, the P2418HZm only allows its built-in camera to perform Windows Hello sign-ins if a docked laptop's built-in camera has been disabled.  This is unfortunate as when undocked, the Windows Hello sign-in is not available on the laptop.

If the externally published design parameters (page 57) of the P2418HZm was that you have to disable the laptop built in camera and set the P2418HZm as the default camera, then once the laptop is un-docked, you would simply re-enable the laptop built in camera before trying to use the laptop by itself for the Windows Hello application. It sounds like you want Dell to change the manufacturer design parameters which is not possible.
