P2414Hb, won't stay on
My monitor was working fine for weeks and now it won't stay on when I connect it to my laptop. What could be the issue?

My monitor was working fine for weeks and now it won't stay on when I connect it to my laptop. What could be the issue?

* Turn the computer off
* Turn the P2414H off
* Disconnect every cable (including the power cable) from the P2414H
* Press the P2414H power button in for 8 seconds (clears any residual power in the circuits)
* Reconnect the power cable to the P2414H
* Reconnect only ONE video cable from the P2414H to the computer
* Turn the P2414H on, then the computer
If the P2414H still turns off
* Open the online P2414H User's Guide to pages 47/48/49
* Run the stand alone Built-in Diagnostics. Does it pass or fail? Does it stay on while running the Diagnostics?
