P2213 dual monitors that I hope to hook up to a Mac mini, is this possible?

I have a slow processor on my dell but have dual Monitors with HDMI or the really old VGA port as choices. As I am trying to work on a website I need a faster computer. I was looking at a Mac mini or an Apple iMac all in one M4chip, 10core CPU. Is it worthwhile to just get the mini and hopefully hook up the two monitors or if I get the all-in-one can I hook up one monitor? I know the Mac has much better visuals. I can't really tell online if Dell and Mac are that compatible.  Thanks
