Did the error appear when NOT using the dock?
Did the error appear when NOT using KVM?

If no to both, then perhaps the fault is with the latest DDPM 2.1.2.12 and the 2017 D6000. Consider uninstalling DDPM 2.1.2.12 and testing older versions of DDPM.

To which Dell external monitor are you connecting the Latitude 7490?

The monitor is Dell P2419H via HDMI.
However, I have a D6000 Docking Station in between.

* Turn the P2419H and Latitude 7490 off
* Disconnect the D6000 Docking Station from P2419H and Latitude 7490
* Connect like this =
Latitude 7490 HDMI out port --> HDMI to HDMI cable --> P2419H HDMI in port
* Turn both on and retest DDPM

@DELL-ChrisM2 I have to admit, that I had also a KVM looped in.
Now I am testing the monitor directly connected to L7490.
Just to let you know, that I also used to have BSD using latest DDM, that's why I changed to DDPM.

I wonder, how long we want to test the configuration with bypassed Docking station and KVM...

The answer is no to both.
I will consider testing an older version of DDPM or uninstalling it, as the latest DDP showed similar issue.
Thank you very much
